I love anything to do with fitness especially making a difference in people's lives. Sports, movies, music also take up a large part of my time.

Originally from the East Coast I moved to San Diego over 2 years ago and haven't looked back.

To stay in the best shape I can in the limited amount of time I have. I'm just like most people as I'm always looking to be toned and "cut." I've also begun MMA and have started to set goals specifically for fighting.

Well, I've been studying online marketing for a while. I took a close look at alot of businesses that I was interested in. I definately don't like the pushy type where they try to get you to basically hold a gun to someones head. I wanted to do it based on building relationships and would much rather people be interested under their own free will.

I paid a license fee for my personal store...kinda like my own GNC if you will. The company that I work with offers great support by email and phone. My site is cheaper than the original, and I thought that was pretty cool.

I really hate to spam people, I don't like that myself. I know that people are interested in fitness and health, they are looking for products that deliver. The information in my site is a plus, and you can be sure that I will post more from my site. I like what you have going here, and definately what you have planned in the near future. I'm glad I found this group...looks like you have no choice but to get bigger and better. Keep up the good work.

Yes, just had a week in Mexico and that was my fat % loss goal for the beginning of the year. I was also the same weight as 20 years ago when I first went to Mexico..,
Now I need a new goal, but I am just in an injury situation need to take 2 weeks off. Upper body, abs and core is all I can do, no weight on quads, calves. Have some swelling and getting treatment. It will give me time to think of a new goal... :)
