I'll have to take a look at clicktale. the network creators is pretty good along with the developers site. i've also gotten some good ideas from widgetlaboratory.ning.com and scripts4ning.ning.com.
I agree tho once I have things ready to go that constant change is one of the keys to make the site relevant day after day.
Hi Jason - I take it you are using google analytics? You could also try one of those heat map services like Clicktale. Otherwise I've been experimenting with constantly swapping it all around to give the impression of live + dynamic etc
hey Noel... i've started to get a little more access for putting things on the site. do you have any suggestion on the order or things you think people would want to see on here? ie: tab order? content?
i'm trying to make it as user friendly as possible while still letting people know the features available. any thoughts would be appreciated.... Jason
Yeah, I know all about MLM, have people contacting me all the time about that stuff. I really don't like the way that alot of them operate. If people like you and what you have to offer, then you will do fine...no need to spam somebody to death.
Good thing I found this group, looks like a great place to meet and network with some cool people.
Noel,
Hey I was trying to feature all your audio on the front page and deleted one by accident. I can't seem to get it back :-(
I like the stuff you've been putting up!! Keep it going. I'm in the process of purchasing a ton more functions that ning doesn't officially offer yet, and then I'm going to start getting the word out on the site. Thanks for being here from the start... JASON
I just started it not long ago, a couple of months. I was looking at other businesses, but couldn't find any that I thought really concentrated on health & fitness...most concentrate on signing people up to get money...I don't like that.
This one is getting good responses. I'm on different online communities, so i'm just concentrating on getting people to look at what I have to offer. Once I get a few people and/or businesses to work with me, it will definately catch on. I mostly network with people in my state. Trying to get other connections also...to have a few people refer my products and the info inside.
I think it's a great biz, not like those MLM companies...that's not my thing. If you know alot of people in this industry, which i'm sure you do, it would be great for you.
That explains the tan! Dax's real strength is getting things done; that's why he's inspiring to listen to.
So no Welsh blood in you at all...! Ah! I want to shake up the UK fitness industry a little, so yes on this one just looking for UK presenters. Another time. Just watched Scott and thought no-one has done this in the UK yet: http://listbuilding.com/start.html (Am sure would work well on a local regional level too).
And I've a lot of respect for Bedros K too ... Noel
Hey sorry i didn't get a notice about your comment here from last week. I've read some of Dax's emails, but haven't really check out any of his products yet even tho i hear good things. I'm gonna throw up your rss and a couple links on my break today.
I would love to represent Wales, but i'm in Cardiff, California. lol. I get that all the time.
I'm sure your FITCOM stuff was great(i'm still digging through it all) as you have plenty of info that trainers can benefit from.and apply. Its your info, and newsletters from Labadie, Rigsby, and Ruth that keep me motivated. ttyl.
Hey Jason. Good to be here! FitCom was a little surreal - just me talking to myself for 45 min. Must practise - Dax Moy makes it look easy! And yes happy to have my RSS feeds in as many places as possible. Let's do a joint audio recording sometime. Noel.
