While I work out the details of putting the exercise library together you can all take advantage of another great resource I found on the net. Its free of charge and give you pics and videos of a ton of different exercises. You can also find it under the resources and links section. Theres demo's and basic workouts, but its not as specific as some of the other resources nor does it provide the insights that a good trainer or professional can. For instruction and new ideas though its definitely a good site to bookmark.
